No — both Cherry and CareCredit are available to all patients regardless of insurance status. They are especially helpful for families without dental insurance or for treatments that aren’t fully covered by a plan.
Will applying affect my credit score?
Cherry uses a soft credit inquiry to check your initial rate, which does not impact your credit score. CareCredit may perform a hard inquiry when you submit a full application. We recommend reviewing each provider’s terms for full details.
